No kidding... by like a factor of 2 according to Edmunds. Cool car, but not that cool. I might be interested if he brings his asking price down to a more realistic level, but right now I won't even bother making an offer.

You're thinking NY or OH. PA inspections allow so little rust that PA cars leave the state when they start to rust.
Rust free in NY isn't that far away from rust free in MD. They know the term. The difference is in fatal rust. In NY we will restore anything, just about. And decent rust will fail a safety inspection in NY.
Now, a fact not known to many, what state is the rustiest (when it comes to cars)......Hawaii.

I grew up in philly and went to school in Rochester. Tell me a part of PA that has rust free cars. I don't believe it after spending some time in south carolina and now on the west coast.
