UPDATING: See Below
I am helping a co-worker who is moving back to Japan. He has owned this car for about a year and a half. 2006 BMW 325i

Miles:128,000 - It turns out this may not be actual mileage. An OBD scan turned up that the cluster was changed. I think the mileage matches the wear on the car however.

The car is in decent shape. It probably needs some of the typical higher mileage maintenance items, but it has served my coworker during his time in the US. Recent maintenance has included new serpentine belt and tensioner, and an oil change.
It comes with some Borbet (I think) wheels and some Blizzaks that are a few seasons old, but have decent tread IIRC. He has added BMW logo door entry lights, also.

UPDATE: Someone who did look at the car had a technician look at it. Besides the cluster issue mentioned above, it was found that :
The car does have some leaks from the engine.
Passenger seat airbag sensor is not functioning.
Bad wheel speed sensor in rear.
Adaptive headlights do not work.
Car is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS due to the timing of my co-worker having to return to Japan. Thanks for understanding!
