I bought this from the salvage auction a little over a year ago. I've only put less than 200 Miles on it since then.
2006 Mini Cooper S
137,703 Miles
$2,500 as pictured and including the aluminum trailing arms that I have for it and have not installed.
$2,000 Bring your own wheels and tires.
Issues:
Rebuilt Title (I've had no issues with my insurance company with liability coverage.)
Clear coat peeling
Some rust under tail lights
Still missing some trim around rear wheel well
Stiff Ride with the coil overs
Upgraded Parts
Hotchkis Adjustable rear control arms
ISC coilovers
Detroit Speed supercharger pulley
Hotckis adjustable sway bar
Stainless Brake lines
Strut Brace
I *think* it might have a short shifter
It may also have a tune of some sort, bc it crackle's and pops some when you let off the gas.

LOL-Just posting to show how quickly those of us with overpurchasing issues see these ads pop up.
Edit: Anyone wanting to do a simple challenge build that performs reasonably welll should give this car a serious look.
I want...but I'm passing on it...just so we're clear.
In reply to John Welsh :
Ha ha. I know how that goes.

.......he says to himself sternly!
The want is real with this. Any future repairs/maintenance you for see in the future? If I didn't read know about how hard these were to work on it would be in my driveway.
In reply to chief8one :
I really don't know. Basically I bought it from the auction, replaced one rear trailing arm that was bent, and it has mostly just sat in my barn since.
If you want any other videos or pictures let me know.
In reply to Somebeach (Forum Supporter) :
