I bought this a little over a year ago from Copart. It came with a branded title for minor damage, looks like it hit a dear. One headlight, headlight support bracket, a matching JY fender, and a front bumper and I was back on the road. I went through the proper and legal way to have the car inspected and registered and the car came back with a clean NC title. So I have, in hand, a clean NC title in my name. There is no guarantee that the title will remain clear if you title it in a different state.
The car was also an auto. I bought a very wrecked manual 328 and moved over all of the parts. Everything works cruise, brake lights, everything. It's actually an easy swap with only needing to run two wires from the ECM to the footwell module. Both of which I did with BMW wiring, solder, and heat shrink. Everything else literally bolts in and you tell the computer it's no longer an auto.
Asking $12k. But won't turn down a good GRM'er discussion.
