Pretty nice outcome. I've been thinking about selling my 6MT Alltrack on Cars & Bids, but saw one sell at no-reserve last year at the same price Carvana was offering at the time. 12 months ago the car buying services ranged from $10k to $14k. Now they're between $16k to $17k. Wild. Still not quite enough for me to justify selling it...but still shockingly close to what I paid for it after 4 years and 69k miles. If I sold to Carvana for $17k they'd go and list it for $22k...which is what I actually paid for it. I've got it listed in a few places, I figure if someone is willing to pay the unicorn tax it'll find a new home and I can buy another clapped-out BMW.
