Howdy y'all. Got a fun little rig for sale. Like the title says it's my Mazda2 with the touring package which I believe is the top of the line. If you are not familiar; it has power windows and locks, cruise control, a bunch of buttons on the steering wheel, and ice cold AC.
To be honest I'm not sure what the market is for these so shoot me a number. I'm selling in order to buy a truck so if you want to down size let's make a deal!
I am interested in it as a backup carbut it will likely be several weeks before I can go any further.
I hear ya! I'm in the same boat... I'll keep the ad up until it's sold unless you wanna make a deposit. I'd be happy to take it to a mechanic of your choice so he can do an unbiased pre-buy on it.
I kinda dig these. I wonder if the wheels from my daily would fit...

I wanted to buy one of these a couple of years ago, and couldn't find one with cruise and a 5-speed to save my life. Nice car.

Sorry amigo! shipping is about $600 or so on unishippers. Or you can fly out and drive her home, there are no issues that would keep it from making the trip. I'm ready to sell it so make an offer!
If I weren't in the middle of an internship for the rest of the year, I'd definitely consider flying out. I just don't have the time right now. The shipping thing sounds interesting, but I like to drive a car before I buy it

This is within 15 minutes of my office. You could totally fly up after dropping the kids at school and be home by the time they get out ;).

Wow, I just checked trade in on this car. It is 3300 to 4400. I don't need this, at all. I am buying an 89 MR2 next week. I really miss my 2.... Damn!
Admittedly, I've looked at this ad several times. I owned a '13 Sport 2 for about 135k miles, and it was a remarkably good little car.
I'm torn between wanting to go back or moving on to the next thing.
Can you let us know what Carmax offers?
Carmax is at $4300.00. Today I am going to take off the aftermarket parts and get some steelies from the junkyard. No reason to just give those to Carmax for free. If someone here is interested then of course I would include them with the car. I have both sets of keys and a clear title.
Let's call it $4500.00 and I will: fill up the tank, pick you up from the airport ,feed you. And if desired, give you a comfy room for the night and feed you again.
