Selling my 2014 R8 Spyder. Vin number WUASUAFG6EN002548. This car has every single option except for the engine bay carbon. Never in accident, never used to race, never launched. Its my daily driver.

Miles 14,200
Price 85,000 OBO. Car is 100% paid off title on the way from California DMV.
Text me at 858 610-8742 to see the car in person. I am near La Jolla in San Diego.

Modifications.
Has stock wheels and convertible buttons powder coated black.
Front windshield surround, gas flap wrapped black. (Could be redone)
Rev9 Exhaust (OEM exhaust included with sale)

New tires at 8,400 miles. Aligned at 8,400 miles and oil changed at 8400 miles. Fully serviced at Audi dealerships throughout its life. Pull the service records and see how well it has been maintained.

Bad
Someone tried to take the rear emblem and scratched the car. There is a light scratch on the rear drivers fender detailer says both can be polished out next time the car is in. Spilled some hand sanitizer on the passenger seat and the leather has dried out in a small patch.

Reason for sale.
A friend has offered me his 2006 Ford GT at a rational price but he wants to keep it through the end of March. I have sent him a deposit to hold the car for me but I need to make space in the bank . I would be willing to take partial trade for a daily driver like a S3 or a SQ5, or a aluminum enclosed race trailer. Yes I am a moron but I have always wanted on so I am making the jump if I can get the cash together.

No not a moron, given the opportunity I would do the same.  My pulse changes just thinking about he prospect.  It is probably a much better investment also.

Be careful, the black ones don't seem to sell as high as other colors, and there's been a few sales under $300k recently. A black, no stripe, 3500 mile one sold on BAT for $280 in June.

I'm not sure why the market is changing, might just be no one is spending money, but if you're holding it for a few years, you should be ok.

20 pages of service history on a 3500 mile car.

Market is weird on these. I am looking to hold and sell in say 5-10 years so the GT is what I am looking at along with possibly finding a early manual Murci which I think may have better upside in the long run. I really need to find a clean one if I want to really use it this way.

Yes black sells for less but the market is very different from when that car sold. There is a silver on silver stripe car in California for sale that is in the 280K range give or take 15k on discounts. A friend has had almost 25k in service work done to his in the 20K miles give or take that he has on his. Lots of moving pieces in my life right now and well I need to move some more cars/stock.

28 records, not pages. On a 14 year old car, many are just registration updates. Most of the others are oil changes every 6 months (which makes no sense to me)

R8 looks to be sold. New owner is flying out to take a look at it on Monday.

Need to make a decision if I am acutely going to pull the trigger on a Ford GT, or find a SV640 or pay the house down and just build hot rods forever.

$1.7M in SD is basically poverty spec, yes?

I guess that's the point, $$$ car in front of a E36M3 house. I'll see myself out....
