Timing water pump done approx 40k ago.

Pros:
4 Door Sedan
Interior in great shape.
Exterior great shape.
Runs and drives perfect.
All wheel drive perfect winter beater.
V8 - Audi 4.2L branded VW
Fresh oil change
Heating and cooling seats
Ac/heat work
Keyless entry
Moonroof/sunroof
Tires in good shape

Cons :
Infotainment unit goes on and off - some days it works some days it doesnt.

Brakes are getting crunchy- but I have about $500 in parts in the trunk waiting to go in.

Windshield has a crack at the top from a rock.

One of two cooling fans is on the fritz - I decided if I fix this I'm going to rebuild half the car so either time to sell or time to tear it apart.

My buddy that worked at the VW dealer was the only guy that could fix them, and he hated that ,

but seriously.. Wheelbarrow loads of money will solve a lot.

Pfft, I used mine like a truck during my three years as a Phaeton pilot.   During that time I took it from 32k miles to 69k miles while I paid $24,500 for it and sold it for $21,000.   Probably the best anyone has ever done for the Phaeton experience.   
I replaced 2 tires in that time, that's it.

They are not sporty (5,000 lbs makes them.....comfy) but they motor down the road at ridiculous levels of speed and silence.    

I just want the trunk hinges off of one
