Yeah, tough to say. At that price, you could have a rough driver for not a ton of $$. But, to bring it to top dollar it is going to cost you almost as much to buy one already done. At least IMO, which is, again, just MO.
Not a lot of room in a 510. Bad ones are more expensive than a 2002, but good ones are a lot less.
This one looks to have a vinyl top. I always find rust under them.
