mine. completely affiliated. and only 14k for a grm member. full build thread is here.
I almost hate to see it go, but the siren song of other cars is strong right now. that, and getting out of debt would be great.

I know that song! Sad to see it go, loved following the build, great little truck.
Ill still enjoy it till it drives off into the sunset.
Hell, it's my daily right now.

Right there with ya. I know the Lizard will take some time to find the right home, most of my cars do. I'll still build it, drive it and develop it further until then. Heck at the pace most specialty sales move I should list my 66 F250 for sale now, I'll be just about done with it by the time someone is ready to buy :)
Says Diesel in the add? (fuel type section)
Fat fingers, apparently. Ill fix that. Thanks for the catch.
Bump and serious price drop. Im willing to take 9-10k from a grm member. I need to make it go away.
I'm not in the market. Your last statement is depressing. Beautiful car.
Thanks.
Just at a wierd spot in life right now. Ill regret selling, but need to make the right decisions for the family.
Umm....

I've had the pleasure of actually driving this El Camino.
My personal want is strong but the time is wrong.
It genuinely can be driven as a daily. It is solid and drives as a "well sorted" and well executed example.
GRM build thread
Thanks john.
Hoping that this one goes to a good home. It deserves a pampered life.
Apparently I have it priced right. Getting more nibbles now than ever before.
I love that body style. GLWS.
Pricing is a bit tough on cars like yours, but you will eventually find the right buyer. It's definitely worth more than you are asking.
In reply to 81cpcamaro:
Thats what i thought. But when it was priced higher, i got zero interest. Even at the autofair.
From build thread page 16 in Spet 2015, here are some photos with Corvette rims for those who might be attracted to a different look that brings out more shine to the chrome.
Those are the wheels that went down to pimpm3 for his challenge car. I loved that look.....
God, im going to miss this thing.....
I too really like the Corvette wheels and I think they photograph better. In pictures, the black rim looses all definition and detail in the shadows. They are nice rims in person, just not in pictures.
What are the smallest wheels that will still fit over the brakes? I ask because I'm curious. I have absolutely no reason on earth to buy this car.
16 inch wheels. Possibly 15 if lucky and a little grinding on the calipers.
Would really dig this on 16" cragars....
