Not mine, etc...
If it needs a clutch, there's your excuse to change the bearing.

2000 Porsche Boxster $6,500 Cash (price reflects that it needs some repair)
Would make a great project car for someone who is a Porsche mechanic or loves to tinker with cars. I bought it as a project car, but I don't have time or patience for this. I run a small business and have no energy left to work on cars on the weekend. I thought it'd be fun, but its not for me. My loss your gain. I have bought many parts for it on ebay and I'll throw those in with the sale if you want.
Items that need fixing: • Convertible top works (manual only) brackets included, but needs repair • Clutch is weak (will need replacing soon) • The only lights on the dash are (1) for the airbag because it has newer seats and the horn is stuck. • Both of which could affect the airbag light. The other light thats on is for the power top.
Interior is saddle (gold/tan) with black with two black seats. No rips or tears. Dash is mint. No cracks or anything.
Good news: • Just passed CT emissions
Parts that I've bought on ebay: • Convertible Top Push Rods (2) new • Oil filter, Oil pressure switch • Oil filter removal tool • owner's manual, spare tire kit, tool kit • floor mats
Good news, details & features: • Book value is still $13k • car runs strong, shifts good, feels a little spongy but plenty of pep • daily driver, I've driven it to Providence, RI and back a few times • looks sharp its a Porsche • porsche chrome wheels (chrome is peeling a bit) • Black with Saddle interior • Just recently passed CT Emissions with flying colors. • 118k miles • Manual transmission 5-speed • Driver Air Bag; Passenger Air Bag; Front Side Air Bag; • Climate Control; A/C • Removable AM/FM Stereo CD with Remote • ABS • Rear Wheel Drive • Power Door Locks • Leather Seats; Bucket Seats • Power Steering • Power Windows • Rear Spoiler • Convertible Soft Top (in good shape, but not working) • Security System • Cruise Control • IT'S A PORSCHE • Sold As-is
I'm $7500 into the car, I'm looking for $6500 to bail out - CASH only.
Email me to set up an appointment to see car. You'll fall in love with it.
