1966 anything from Vermont will not have a title. You go to Vermont DMV with a bill of sale (hand written OK) and register it, in your name or someone else'. Then you take that to your state, with another bill of sale if in someone else name, and apply for a title.
I had an earlier Datsun pickup , I think a 1963 with a "fleetside" bed
not many of the early ones left
