Did somebody weld up the gas filler hole? Dead center of the trunk panel.
Picking nits, that car is not a 66 is it? didn't the body change for 64?
I knew it wasn't a '66, but the hole is/was there. No nits.

Based on the front grill, that's a '62. As MiniDave pointed out, the body style changed at '64
