There's surface rust for sure, but other than the doors it doesn't look like it has gone too deep.  Salvagable?

Salvageable, but lots of work for a Dart. Of course, the '72 is the best looking IMO.

Body swap, maybe?

Body swap what?  There's just some trim left besides the body itself.

If someone didn't mind a whole pile of work, maybe, but I don't know if this is much more than a donor.  There's a lot of holes on display in that trunk shot.

Ah, that's not what I had in mind when I read "body swap".  Your suggestion probably makes more sense than anything else I can think of.
