Alfetta GT. Not GTV nor is is a GTV6.

Neat cars though. For the Nord enthusiast it is the transaxle car to have.

I know the GTV6;

whats the difference between the GTV, and the Alfetta. ?

Love the Alfas of that era - driven a few, but haven't owned one.

I loved my experiences with an Alfetta GT as a teenager in the early 90's. I don't miss the lack of shift feel, or the terrible second gear synchro, but everything else was a joy. I'm often tempted when I see one for sale.

The Alfetta is a four door sedan, front engine, rear transaxle. Many of these had the four cylinder twincam...I'm not sure they were ever offered with a V6, but maybe someone else knows for sure. Also called a Berlina:

The Alfetta GT is a hatchback, front four-cylinder engine, rear transaxle, just like the car for sale at the start of the thread.

The GTV6 is the same hatchback body style as the Alfetta GT only with a little bulge in the hood, front V6, rear transaxle:

The GTV is an older Guilia coupe, front four-cylinder engine, standard transmission, solid axle:

I knew the GTV6 was the only six cyl.
I knew the Alfetta was a 4cyl 4dr.
Knew of the GTV, but had it confused with the Alfetta GT.
Thanks for the accuracy.
