I found this 1980 Corvette roller in the Houston area during my daily browsing and thought someone may be able to use it for the challenge. The seller has already dropped the price once since posting, so there may be room to negotiate. Asking price is $810 at time of posting.

You should be able to recoup some money from the interior and rear end (if you decide not to use it.) I hope one of you snatches this up since SWMBO has temporarily banned me from buying any more project.
