Alleged to be mostly complete with No Rust. Allegedly. The ad's a day old and the car is in Boise, ID so that's gonna impact the price but...

Aren't the targas just slightly more desirable than the convertibles?

I'd say it's the opposite with targa being less desirable. More usable but they don't seem to bring the same money. As an aside, no convertibles were offered in 82 so if you wanted open motoring, wait until 83 or go semi-open in the targa.

Just picked up a coupe for that price this week. Targas are the least desirable

I'd rather have RhodyM20's  '99 C2.

Personally, I’d take a Targa over a cab but realize each has its fans.

Thank you sir!

Also, I think the targas are beginning to overtake the cabrios as # 2 on the favorite list. Blame the 964 targa and its very limited availability for that phenomenon.

Hear me out: Turbo-look 911 Targa without the tail.

I'd rock it. Happily.

In reply to RhodyM20 :

Totally same. Something about non-tail, Turbo-look cars. It’s almost like a big-bumper S/T.
