No pics of the inside? Price is fair for a pretty well equipped 24' bumper pull trailer but ... trailer is a trailer. Need to see the inside finish.
I'll take inside pics and post tomorrow.

I've been hunting for one just like this.
Not sure about the price. I'm in trailer manufacturing country, and they are pretty cheap here.
Thinking about it...

Just out of curiosity, what price would some of you Northerners expect for this?
Some of you seem pretty excited about the price.

Hard to say, I'm too close to the Michiana region where trailers are made in huge quantities as well, and the flooded market and factory direct deals kinda suppress our market.

I think that's similar to the situation I am in.
I was shopping for something comparable a few years a back, and similar age and condition would have been $7-9k here in CT. 10-12 year old trailers were still $5-6k at that time.

We actually took delivery of our 28' trailer at the Mitty because it was so much cheaper than buying one in CO. Trailer prices vary by a huge amount.
I haven't been in the market recently, but I'd expect that to be closer to $9k around here.
I bought a brand new Pace in '09 for about $9k. It only had a plywood interior, but a 30 amp land line, A/C and a couple of windows as options. Still, $5k seems a bit of a bargain, depending on what is inside.

Where is home?
Trailer has basic plywood interior. No pics today - it was raining and overcast.
