Looks pretty solid.
"needs oil metering pump".... that MOP is probably an additional $2k if you can find one. Series 5s had electronically controlled ones and the engine computer does something crazy to prevent the engine from running/making power if there's an electronic fault with it.
It also looks like it's been lowered so far that the front subframe has been grinding on the road.
