Coles Notes - Unused replacement Cummins 8.3L bus engine. Being sold off by the City I live in. Rare to see a completely unused engine.

The crappy part with GovDeals is that the bidding auto-extends. As long as people keep bidding it extends the deadline 3 minutes at a time. I bought an item for work and it extended the deadline by almost an hour.
Keeps snipers out of the loop. Or at least makes it much more difficult to do so.
