Twin battery tenders?

I think they have two batteries.

When you have the need to turbo a V12, then obviously you need at least two batteries

That may be but unless they're isolated you don't need two tenders.  Both my Formula Ford and my RAM have dual batteries and I use a single tender on each of them.  In fact, a good tender is likely to have issues if it's connected in parallel with another.
