Thats an old mas fiberglass bantam body. Intended for drag cars like alterds. God did the builder screw it up....

That car could be fixed but it would take a lot of work.

You could fix that grill and completely change the perception of that car. I don't think it is as bad as it gives the first impression of being.
If that has a motorcycle shift pattern on the column, that would be...uh...interesting.
That is a Honda CX engine. Mostly 500cc making 40 something horsepower. They don't appear to have an automatic transmission as an option so I am guessing hand clutch and bump up and down to shift.
Edit: there appears to be a clutch pedal on there but it is really low compared to the brake pedal.

I can't find anything to back this up but I could have sworn that Honda did have an automatic available on the CX for a year or two.
I get the cosmetic hate, but its not that bad to change.

wonder if the suspension under it is at all decent and what it weighs.
Needs more power and big fat sticky tires all around.

I think I might be combining the Moto-Guzzi V-twin automatics with the Honda automatic bikes in my head somehow. Who knows. All kinds of strange things happen in there.
