That appears to be a legitimate ninth-generation Ford Thunderbird street stock. Quite rare.
The tribute paint scheme seems a bit off, but that's just cosmetics. Could easily change it to pay tribute to any other Ford driver of the day, but it's tough to beat Awesome Bill from Dawsonville.
