It looks like it raises and lowers. I'd bet hydraulics as I think it dates back to when it was built

Is it a dually axle only running the outer wheels?
You would be the belle of the ball where ever you showed up with that thing. I would think ditching the 60's diesel for late model power would be the way to go but goodness that is cool.
I was expecting a little Isuzu NPR with a ramp deck but this is way better. Close to home too!
