I love COE's. I've been after a '56 Ford F650 that's on a wrecker chassis for several years. The owner is still hangin' onto it even though it hasn't moved in decades. I'd mount the cab on a 1-ton Ford van chassis. Not an insubstantial job but doable, just a lot of work for a look. Still...
