Now you can.
Oh, I've seen this thing before. It's either still for sale, or for sale again.
I think I remember the old ad saying something like "It wasn't built for you to like!" to which I can only say "No, no it wasn't."
Given the similarity to "If you don't like it just move along!" I'm guessing it's the same seller.
Wow, what a combo!
I did not expect the triangle handle bar steering.
Another seemingly fatal flaw is non-opening windows. I guess it could have Cavalier AC but it doesn't seem likely as I don't see any dashboard vents. Air coming from behind the seats would seem ineffective.
Note the red knob above the driver's seat windshield area. Is that a manually operated windshield wiper?
In reply to New York Nick :
The body does seem like someone with experience in the aviation industry.
I feel like there's a really low likelihood that this steering setup nailed the geometry and actually doesn't have terrifying, bombing a hill in a radio flyer wagon-esque lack of control:

It does look extremely unlikely that there is any amount of mechanical trail there.. Which would make for some excitement when the .. . Vehicle? wants to turn more instead of return to center.
I had a VW fox that at higher steering angles the steering becomes "negative trail" and it would be weird when the steering no longer self center but increase the turn at about half total steering lock. You had to physically unwind the wheel from lock if you where in a parking lot.
