Anybody here near Coatsville, PA?
That's gotta be gone by now I'm sure. It's not showing up on any of the PA Craigslists.

That's because it's on Facebook

Someone let Robbie know that the guy has a X1/9. I'm sure Robbie could use another one.
That is perfect for hanging upside down from a garage ceiling.
Woody, I'll be in that area next weekend with an empty trailer, and your place isn't far out of the way for me. Do you need a Lotus planter?
Actually, the cars in the background are intriguing enough...
Is that a Triumph TR behind the X1/9 ?
In reply to drock25too :
I think Daimler Dart SP250
He's also got many but not all of the others listed,
84 rx7
76 MGB
79 MGB
85 500 SEL
78 MGB
73 TR6
87 rx7
Looks like a TR3 and something else between the FC and x1/9
In reply to johndej :
That is a tr3. Nose seems more droopy in the first picture.
I thought Daimler at first but the grill didn't look right
That looks like an MGA coupe.

That is a seriously tempting offer. Let me investigate how difficult it is to source a pair of Elan doors.
I'm still trying to figure how an Elan ends up in that condition. The body looks like it took a light tap to the rear but is otherwise surprisingly straight. It's clearly one of the later cars, as it had the big tail lights and the non-spinner but still pin-drive wheels.
I wonder if it was a Sprint or Gold Leaf car that donated it's Big Valve engine and other parts to an earlier race car?
Does anyone know what the gold car is that's next to the TR6?
In reply to Woody (Forum Supportum) :
Looks like a Renault Caravelle.

Looks like you nailed it! Thanks!
I think there might be a leaf blower or something sitting on the rear quarter panel in the original photo.

Last night I saw a friend of mine who just had to tell me about the Elan he just bought......Yup, this one
Not sure on plans. He has another one that could use some of the remaining fiberglass on this one. Probably part out, but he moves too slow to tell.
