Something about and ad the has " might have AC..." in it kinda bothers me That being said, lookes like a pretty good deal.

The 1 decent engine compartment shot shows no sign of this being an A/C car, so I guess someone thought the largish vents in the center of the instrument panel were a telltale for air conditioning.
I also doubt this is an "Andover" equipped car as I see no provision for an overdrive on/off switch.
But, hey, I am by no stretch an MG expert.
Being built in 12/74, that is a 1975 model, rubber bumpers point to that as well. The wiper lever on right of steering column was the overdrive switch that year. My 75 had overdrive as well.
If that is clean, then the one we picked up today is immaculate. Garage kept since 2004, but with 34K miles on it and no rust, my guess it has always been a garage queen.

That looks great. Nice score. I'd be willing to assume that cost a lot more than 2700...
It was part of the package deal for the two MGB's. This one has the engine and transmission out, but the short block has been rebuilt. We are trying to decide what direction to go with it, it is really one of the most solid MGB's I have seen. The other one is a GT and also rust free, but it needs some minor work to be a runner and has some minor body damage to the front but still really nice as well. The title and odometer both show 34K miles, so it sat in the garage for 16+ years after it was purchased.
