Cycle Cart - Anyone planning a build ? $50

Anyone still planning a build?  This looks like an inexpensive way to get the wheels / axles / steering: NMNA.  Link to sale ad $50

oh id buy that in a minute if it were anywhere near me. I'm actually looking for something like that for a project for my son. 

I've got a KZ-650 engine here with nothing to do if that helps anyone.

(air cooled 4 with a Kerker).

I've always kind of wanted a cycle cart, but where the hell would I drive it?  Along the sidewalk to the store for a soda?

I'm going to put 'pedals' in mine so it would at least partially be a human powered vehicle. And yes I would drive it on the streets just like a bike. To the store, to the library, not on the interstate, etc.
