Just so you know that's and e39 (5 series) not e46 (3 series)

Super zoom of this picture shows a street sign of Silveria St and a mailbox address of 920.

Google searching Silveria St in Virginia (license plates) returns:

 

Sadly there is no BMW wagon in the Google shots but the place of photography exists making the whole thing a bit more legit. 

The listing photos have an odd facination with the back seat/back doors of the car.  8 out of the 10 pictures are rear seat/doors-centric.
