Buy it. Now. I passed on a running, original, rust-free 40k mile example about 5 years ago for $11k. It's the one time I knew standing there looking at the vehicle I could make money off it, but I just couldn't get the money.
I hate to say it, but that's a slick deal for one of those.
That's coming from a guy who routinely says "anything not running shouldn't be listed over $1500."
I know a guy that has about 10 FJs here in Jax. He is in Japan and has been for years. Unfortunately he won't put down his bottle long enough to have a coherent talk about selling them to me.

It has been listed at $29K with those photos. Not saying it's sketchy, but it sure seems sketchy.
