Several different companies made conversions, as well.
But that is an E-350 FB randomly and automatically changes and makes up titles for Marketplace listings. My Dodge Aspen part out repeated gets turned into a Dodge Avenger.

Interesting and good to know.
I’ve seen some listings on FB marketplace that looked interesting, but ruled out as scam material because the title didn’t match the photo or description.
Dodge Avenger as the title with a completely different make/model in the photo is a common one I see.
The wooden running board is a nice touch.
