If my 30 seconds of web searches is accurate (massive grain of salt with this, then) the starter on that engine bolts to the block and not the trans bellhousing. This should make trans swaps into an old Maserati BiTurbo much easier. Just a driveline swap & part-out project away from glory!
It would appear the asking price is on the high end?
Ha, yeah, their own ad says they're high on the price. And then it has a salvage title? Looks like a $3500 car with an extra set of wheels I wouldn't want to haggle over.
