It looks like the main hoop is 1 piece. Assuming the tube is of sufficient spec it should be Amod legal.
There's some interesting suspension geometry going on there. I wonder how much engineering went into it.

It's looks like a long arm- long arm setup. Looks like the offroad stuff geometry. (except for the rear which looks like the mounts are for a short top arm and have a long one instead. Positive camber FTW))
I suspect the builder has realized the cornering limits of his suspension geometry and wants out before anyone sees the camber curve.

Come on now, its not that bad. Maybe a Spitfire owner will buy it.
At under $1200 might be a worth a look and low offer if looking for cheap A/mod style fun and local. If the right bones are there... it seems lot easier to build 4 corners and relocate suspension pick ups than to start from scratch.
Seems pretty hefty for only 600cc power.
I think it's GS850 powered, but I'd get rid of that mill right off the bat.

The 850 was a shaft drive, so I'd be looking at a GSX-1100G engine which are generally well taken care of and available. I'm sure there are plenty of other shaft drive bike engines out there that could be cobbled to fit.
