Damn, bad timing or I'd be on my way to the bank for cash right now.
More info: Engine harness, ETA and head gasket have been untouched. There are no codes or check engine lights on the car so it still runs fine. Coolant is GREEN, but has been replaced recently based on the electrolysis test, but not by me. There is no mixing of oil and coolant.
Tires are worn, but I expect 5000 miles out of them before replacement.
I should be the fourth owner. The third owner was given the car from his mother-in-law (second owner), but needed a minivan and didn't drive the Benz much. I have no service records, but there are stamps in the service booklet. I do have the original window sticker and the receipt when the second owner bought the car.
I did the brake fluid, rheostat and radio wiring. I've been driving it around town flawlessly.
Lots of emails, but nobody wants to talk or see the car... I have tomorrow left, then it's going off the market.
