I am selling my 2001 SAAB 9-5 Wagon. My father bought it as a CPO in 2001 and I have been driving it the last two years. It had a bad turbo so I installed a TD04 and suspension from an AERO. It has has a stage 1 ECU reflash that really woke the car up. It's very roomy and comfy and is very quick on the highway. Not the hot ticket for autox but covers miles quickly. Here's a link the my craigslist ad. Please ask any questions you might have!

price cut! $2750. Almost challenge money. Any less and I'll just park it for 3 years until my son gets his learner's permit.
That is really really tempting. Good luck with your sale.

I'm tempted. Not a fan of the auto or Dex cool, but nit necessarily a feal breaker. Why did you do a NSS bypass?

In reply to DrBoost:
I did the NSS bypass because on hot days occasionally it wont start. So when that happens you press the Additional starter button that I added and it fires right up. 95% of the time it starts normally. A new NSS is $350.

The auto is actually not bad in Saabs, especially in Sport mode.

Had a few people come and test drive the car finally. I'm hoping that the warmer weather ahead will get the enthusiasts out car shopping.

Craigslist people are brutal. I had a guy offer me $1500 because it's "not a real aero".
Even a base model is worth more than that!
I wish there was a jackass filter for Craigslist.

Yeah, and this guy drove 90 mins to see and and owns two other Saabs. His logic was that in a accident he'd only get paid the value of a base car. It's 14 years old, you dolt! The insurance company will give you only $500 anyways.
I told him at that price I'll park it for 3 years until my son get's his license.
He was hoping to steal it. I've had my share of those idiots. He knew going in what he was looking at. AS a Saab guy he had NO excuses. Whenever I have one of them around, I just shut the door on the talking. I simply say fine and bye-bye.

You wouldn't be interested in trading up to a 2003 Suburban 3/4 ton would you?
Wait, $2500 for a 2003 2500 Suburban? Wait, what?
