Dang. Strong wants, but that's going to take a large pile of time and money.
For the condition its in it doesnt seem worth it, but it is about 33% of the current value for a nice one.
That's almost rust free for 60s Japanese metal.
Given the condition and how complete it is, I think that's cheap.
Agree it is fairly priced for what it could become. The key issue here is it is complete as most of the pieces are unobtainium. So fix the body, get the engine rebuilt and restore the trim and you might not be upside down. One sold for 71K on BAT, but most sell in the 30K range.
