...or someone flipped it forward to look at the engine on its original chassis and the rusted hinges/mounts broke sending the cab ass-over-teacup onto its roof, probably breaking the windshield at the same time...

Definitely a cool looking project with the potential to make a neat roll-back car hauler. The Dodge chassis looks pretty good as well, although getting the steering to work would take some fiddling.

Looking at the pic, I'm thinking that dually wheels would look good on the front of that green rig.
