I think you still can for like $20k. I see lots of asking prices >$25k, but very few sales. The one i know of was a collector grade mazdaspeed or whatever the better version was and it was still ~$32k.
I ran into one of these at a small cruise night, he had swapped (really just bolted in) the stock 660 I3 turbo Suzuki for basically the same thing out of a Arctic Cat turbo 660, difference being the one out of the snowmobile made 110 hp instead of the stock 63! Looked like a blast around an autocross course.
