I've never heard of those before, but it looks a lot like an NSU, which would make some sense. 

If you go to look at it, bring a friend or let people know where you are going. The seller may want to wear your skin. 

Never seen one of these either,  motorcycle engine swap needed. 

Just for throughness no one is near enough to this to buy it and hold it for me right?  I don't need it.   But see I do bad things to unusable Kei cars and wow does that need a rotary.

There are some forum members in NH. I'm about an hour away in MA, but don't have the means to go get it (or the space to store it, unfortunately).

I'm about 30mins away and have a 40x40 garage that is about to lose a boat being stored.  I could have room. 

This just got picked up by a member of our local car club - apparently he has 2 other R360 projects in the works...
