Rocker panels are gone. What else is rust? A lot of missing parts. Doesn't say if it's a 1500, 1600 or MK2 nothing other than the crankshaft isn't frozen.
This violates the basic rule of buy the best one because the cost of restoration will be many multiples of its value.
Now if it was significantly cheaper perhaps as a parts car? Or a vintage race car.
Obvious drum brakes and small vertical tail lamps, so it was originally a 1500.
At least the glass isn't rusty.
