Triumph Mayflower, Triumph Mayflower. This is what a British car company thought would sell in America in the early 50s. (Ha!) Facebook is biased against small british cars so its listed so think of it as a 1/4 Rolls. There are very, very few left in the world. I rescued it from a damp storage area, and I hate to send it to the scrap yard. Grill in very good condition, sheetmetal feel like it came off of a tank and is usable. There are still some good parts. The engine is blown, floor pan is weak (common problem). Make me an offer
I was actually starting to eyeball the trailer parked in my backyard until I discovered that these are unibody cars.
Saw the thread title, figured it would be a Mayflower.
Glad I'm not disappointed.
I've seen these in person. They are TINY.
Maybe cut out the floor and drop it over a FIAT 500
There's one in the Detroit area that has been hot-rodded. Hood was extended about 18" and it's powered by a SBC.
