Righteous price and desirable car. It looks tired, and I would have a PPI done just for rust.
Yeah... Rust is a given, because Michigan. The question is how bad.
Rust on the right rear fender is enough that I'd jack it up and see what the front frame rails look like. I'll bet they're not good.
