It appears to have been made using the West Epoxy System. Slather resin over a wood boat, put it in a bag and pull a vacuum; the epoxy permeates the wood. Now you have all the feel and class of a wood boat, but the maintainence of fiberglass.

Wow... that looks like a lot of fun for not much $ for puttering around a lake or river once in awhile.
That is my mercruiser on a budget. Dig it! I wonder how much motor you could hang back there?

The only response that would be more GRM would be asking if you can part it to get to challenge money with an LS swap
