Of course we're not going to find a '69 Marcos GT for five large that's not a project. This one looks complete except for on of the headlight covers. One might think if you're trying to sell something for Five Thousand Dollars, hitting it with a leaf blower at the very least might increase the curb appeal. At any rate, for your consideration:

No, but can we talk about the Mercedes stall mate?
That's pretty cool. My brother lives in San Diego county, and that explains the dust. Once you get inland away from the coast, it's pretty dry.
I would consider an epic fly and drive for this. I don't care if it's powered with a pull start lawn mower engine and just welded to the trans...
he also has a 1928 Austin :)
About 20 miles from me. That is a tempting project being as complete as it is.
Depending on how long that had been sitting and if it had been running before you could cannonball that home not terribly.
EDIT: I hate you guys posting stuff up like this, I know at least one person who loves this stuff so I sent it to him and I will likely go out and do a quick inspection for him if he wants me too.

i hope wearymicrobe starts a build thread soon. ;-)
That righthand headlight cover reminds me of one of Ming The Mercilous' fingernails. I can't unsee that.
