This one looks almost too good to be true. If you wanna do an MGB engine swap this is a good start. Looks like no rust and it comes on a rotisserie!

Look at pic 3. There's terra firma visible through the drivers floor pan. Still might be a decent buy but definitely not rust free

No such thing as a rust free MGB, but for $500 that looks like a much better project than most of them, especially if you are looking to do an engine swap.

Actually BOTH floor pans are rusted out. Oddly, the rockers and the bottom of the A pillar look solid in the pitchers...

There is nothing left of this one. Might actually be worse than the one I am rebuilding now.

These sills ain't right. And look at the fender to door gap? That is weird. The sill at the back dogleg is see-through. Note the rear wheel-arch at the 11 o'clock position; it fattens up going counterclockwise due to the filler poured on.

The spot where the lower front fender. bottom of the door front edge and the sill all come together is just plain weird.  Also look how lumpy the body looks as you scan the side.

Right behind the front tire at the bottom is what is known as a "caslte rail" a complicated bit of tin that forms part of the sill structure.  Right about where the axle stand top is located. It is not there

Look through the steering wheel...If you look over where the passenger's right foot would be, you can see the aftermarket foot ventilation that has been added.  Not like sills really matter in a car of this caliber

Nicest MGB on the planet that you would want to drive is worth about $15k and will hold its value. This thing will eat well over that to make just the shell solid again, let alone the rest of the car.  Guessing the engine and gearbox were sold as the only things of value.

In reply to NOHOME :

couldn't agree more on the MGB. If I were in the market, I'd jump to spend $3400 more and get something like this:
