I have a lead on what seems to be a clean SW20 with the engine presently removed in the Atlanta area, and would like to either pass it along or have somebody look at it in person and report back. The seller isn't big on internet usage but I have a phone number for him I can pass along if you PM me. He said it has been repainted the original color and has a freshly redone interior, the engine apparently had low compression on one cylinder before it was removed.
Ohhh....we'll talk offline. Where in Atlanta is it? I'm actually going out of town tomorrow, heading to Virginia for the weekend. If it's close to me, I can try to squeeze it in before I leave, otherwise maybe find some way to get him to "hold" it until Monday??
Woodstock? I think? I don't know Atlanta and its' surrounding towns very well.
You know that Woodstock is where Hennessy Honda is located right? That's bad mojo. I heard it sucks around there. It would be north of Atlanta on 75.
I happen to have a rebuilt 3S-GTE bottom end. JE pistons, shot peened rods, ARP, Moroso oil pan ... plus a LOT of other parts.
If you guys pick this up and are looking for parts, let me know.
