This is a 1979 Kelmark replica of a 1968 Ferrari Dino 246. It has a 215 ci Buick Rover all aluminum motor, a Porsche 5 speed trans and a Carman Ghia frame. The motor itself is rare and very desirable and is worth my asking price. The body is in decent shape with aluminum wheels and good tires. The interior is in good shape and easy to make look new with some simple work and inexpensive parts. The car was in a flood and needs work,
well, not sure the 215 buick/rover is all that rare or even close to worth 3.5k. But the porsche 5 speed and ghia frame may be!
If that were half of asking price I might have some 'splaining to do.
Yeah, not running and "in a flood" what ever that means is pretty indicative that he won't get $3,500 for it. Rover has around 185-210 HP, would be interesting hanging of a VW pan, they are really light for the size. Could be interesting, but not sure if the driving experience is equal to the sum of all the parts.

I'm not sure it's Rovery at all. The valve covers don't protrude upward.
TR8 Todd has the Olds and Buick variant's at home Maybe he will see this and Know by the V Cover.
The Engine Isn't all that Valued but the rest Could be fun, They are just big engine Dune Buggy's but look Kool ,They ride rough.
1500 max and spend another 2 Grand Then Paint.
A Porsche transaxle that's been under water could be junk , bring your X-ray specs :)
I think it may be the Olds version of the engine.
Odd that the dizzy isn’t vertical.
In reply to grover :
It is. But that's where it is on those BOP engines.

Looked off kilter to me. Must be the angle.
