NMNA Miata for sale Harrisburg PA

I know nothing about it, but a person about 1/2 mile away from me just put a For Sale sign on their Miata yesterday.  Looks pretty clean, but I was standing on the berm of a pretty busy road and didn't want to get killified.  Manual, white with either black or charcoal cloth.  Wheels, possibly lowered, hootus-compensation-style spoiler, rimz.  I did notice a cracked windshield on the lower driver's side.

I texted the number (assuming it's a cell because that's a Brooklyn/Queens/Staten Island area code) and I'll add details if they get back to me.  I'm willing to check it out for anyone gratis, but I've never owned one so you'll have to tell me what to scrutinize.  I'm at least mechanically savvy so I could identify obvious problems.

They texted back.  FWIW:  Sounds like "needs catalyst"

Sounds pretty solid for 4500 if its not rusty.  Other than the wing, it looks good.

Sucks about the craptacular wing

Probably just four bolts and some bondo can fix that.

Found the FBM ad but it doesn't tell you much.  Anyone have a decent BOB I can trade for it?

No, but I need to.  I went to the challenge in 2020 and 2021 and got bit by the bug.  I'm infected.  Just grabbed a worthless $200 car and a free engine so I'm looking into zip-tying those together and see what kind of fun I can have.  Shoot me a PM and maybe we can go to a event or three.
