There's one of those about half a mile from where I work. If I ever see the owner outside his house, I'll stop and ask about it, maybe even make him an offer. It won't be anywhere near nine grand though. This one is a little rougher.
Wow... $9900 for that seems like a good deal if it doesn't need much. I wish I had more room.
